Our 2nd GO session

Today, we finished clearing the paths around the pond, making it accessible to all the other classes and to wheelchair users. We made a den inside an overgrown shrub, but unfortunately it started to rain heavily before we had the chance to go inside! Maybe tomorrow?
Everyone was very excited to find different types of newts nestling in the foliage, as well as frogs, snails, spittlebugs (froghoppers) and some very fat slugs! Thankyou to all the parents who have kitted out their children so sensibly for the great outdoors.
